  1. Lid Placers

  2. Cap Cappers (Spindle Capping Machines)

    • These machines use rotating spindles to securely apply and torque caps onto containers, maintaining tight alignment and minimizing manual adjustment.

    • Featured models such as the SureKap SK6000-18 and SK6000-BF6 include six spindles, dual clutch sets, adjustable chutes, heavy-duty stainless-steel frames, and vibratory or belt-based cap feeders for efficient alignment and high throughput. 

    • Specialized variants like the SK6000-SP are tailored to handle sports-style or "yorker" caps and push-pull closures, utilizing vibratory feeding systems for precise orientation of varied cap styles.  

    • The SK6000-BF6 is built for versatility, handling a wide range of caps—including tamper-evident, child-resistant, lug, flat, and disc caps—by design. Cap feeding uses a belt feeder rather than vibrating bowls for enhanced speed, cleanliness, and ease of changeover.

  3. Cap Torquers & Roller Closers

    • Lighter-duty models like the SureKap CT90 cap torquer or SK600 semi-automatic cap torquer offer manual or semi-automated torque application—ideal when full automation isn’t required. 

    • Roller closers like the Ideal-Pak CA-CES Roller Closer help finalize lids by applying sealing force post-placement.

  4. Multi-Function & High-Speed Systems

    • Combinations such as lid placers integrated with closers (e.g., Overlidder setups) can handle both placing and sealing in one pass.

    • High-speed variants, like Ideal-Pak’s HSLP line, are engineered for substantial throughput on larger containers (e.g., gallons).
