The Polymer & Ceramic Shaft and Blades category offers a curated selection of mixing impellers and shafts engineered for demanding applications where corrosion resistance, chemical inertness, abrasion-resistance, or zero-metal contamination are required. Whether you are working with acids, aggressive chemicals, ceramic slurries, abrasive pigments, or sensitive formulations — these blades and shafts deliver reliable performance and long service life.
We offer a variety of materials including PTFE (Teflon), polypropylene, polyethylene (UHMW), and urethane for polymer-based blades; as well as ceramic-coated assemblies (tungsten-carbide or chromium-oxide coatings) to handle high-wear environments while minimizing metal contact. All products are compatible with standard disperser mounting, giving you the flexibility to integrate them into existing mixing systems.
Typical uses
- Corrosive acids, solvents, or chemical solutions
- Abrasive slurries, ceramic and mineral dispersions
- Contamination-sensitive coatings, adhesives, inks, or cosmetic formulations
