International Shipping Policy

Currency

All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your bank or credit card company should be able to bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.  If you have concerns, please contact them.

Minimum Charge

For international shipments, DisperseTech requires a minimum purchase of $500.  This is to insure we can cover the added paperwork requirements.

Carrier Selection and Payment

Freight will be paid by the customer.  DisperseTech encourages the customer to supply their DHL, FedEx, or UPS account number at time of order.  The carrier will bill you directly for freight costs.  We may be able to ship freight collect as an option.

Country Specific Shipping Restrictions

DisperseTech will ship any products you order to the address you provide. The responsibility is yours to check with your country's customs office to verify that your products can clear customs. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office.

Note: International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from DisperseTech, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country.

Shipping Instructions

We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection. We will give you the best service and ship quickly - you pay actual shipping charges.

If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. You may be responsible for any return shipping charges, in accordance with your local regulations.

Customs / Additional Charges

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. DisperseTech has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Shipment Refusal

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Recommendations

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order. Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender. We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

If you have any questions regarding your international order, please contact us.
