The DIRECT FILL SYSTEM (DFS) is an innovative fill cart that uses gravity head pressure to eliminate splattering, provides balanced flow for faster fill rates and contains fewer wetted parts for greater batch yields. Available in 1,2,3,4,6 and 8 nozzle head configurations. The Ideal-Pak DFS system is easy to integrate into your existing line, and can be added to any multi-head liquid filling machine. Available in 2-4-6 and 8 head configurations

Ideal-Pak Automatic Net Weight Filler
The Ideal-Pak AE Series, automatic filler delivers the highest of levels of automation and precision filling performance in a full-featured package. All Premier Line filling systems feature a large, color touch screen HMI with recipe storage, SPC with check-weigh data logging, and Ethernet connectivity for real time filling performance tracking and remote machine performance tracking. The AE line consists of 6 models, AE1, AE2, AE3, AE4, AE6, AE8 with 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 filling heads in order to meet your specific performance requirements. The AE1, AE2, and AE3 are typically supplied as inline fillers, while the AE4, AE6, and AE8 can be supplied with lateral transfer conveyor for increased speed.

Ideal-Pak Manifold Fill Cart
Ideal-Pak Manifold Cart uses a combination for fill valves, dribble valves and balance valves to deliver a consistent product flow to each of the fill heads. Available in 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 head configurations. Like DFS and POP carts, Manifold carts can be used with Cone Nozzle, Plug Nozzle and Shower Nozzle. In addition, manifold carts can be used with fill lances for bottom filling of foamy products.

Overseal Lid Placer will place up to thirty one gallon rings per minute. Easily adapts to different conveyor systems.
Ideal-Pak Plug Nozzle
The Plug Nozzle is for filling through screw cap openings or viscous products. The wetted parts on this nozzle are Stainless Steel, Teflon and Viton. An optional flush flange is available to enable a hose to be connected for enclosed cleaning.
Ideal-Pak Shower Nozzle
The Ideal-Pak Shower Head Nozzle with interchangeable plates is designed for rapid drip free filling of 1/2 pint to 6 gallon open top containers with adhesives, inks and paints. It is also great for filling light liquids such as light paints, solvents, stains and other low to mid-viscosity products.
Rotary Table RT-60 Unscrambler | Accumulator
The RT-60 Rotary Table can be used as either an unscrambler or an accumulator. It is capable of holding up to 60 one-gallon metal containers. The frame is constructed of zinc plated carbon steel. The 60” Ø table is stainless steel. Model RT-60 provides you with simple, dependable, and rugged loading and unloading capabilities.
