Myers Mixers RAM/P Series utilizes an elevated platform to discharge products at the desired height to make packaging products.  The platform press is designed with a structural steel framework and horizontal platform to support the mix tank. The filled tank is positioned into the ram frame via a forklift, and secured. The press plate descends into the tank via hydraulic pressure, discharging the product directly into drums, pails, or filling machines. efficient and ergonomic.

This unique, compact bench‐top high‐speed laboratory disperser is provided with a variable frequency inverter drive and air‐over‐oil lift. The single shaft laboratory mixer is typically used for low viscosity materials such as paint, ink, coatings, light adhesives, oils, chemicals, and dyes. The right choice of blades and speed will generate a homogeneous mix when mixing liquid and dry ingredients. Depending on the application, various blades are available for use on the LB775.

The Myers Mixers horizontal mixer offers a superior design for reliable operation and exceptional in-service time.  Myers Mixers introduces the 600/500 Series Horizontal Mixer, with up to 900 gallon working capacity. The Myers Mixers horizontal  mixer is well suited for intermediate-speed blending of medium viscous materials such as adhesives and viscous coatings.  8 bolt-on-style axial turbine blades homogenize the batch with minimal shear. Bolted end allows access for simplified maintenance and cleaning. Designed flexibility can allow for 500 - 1500 FPM (feet per minute blade tip speed) to accommodate mixing modalities from gentle folding to light shear, and viscosities from 20,000 cP to 750,000 cP. Industries and applications include: - Caulking  - Adhesives - Sealants - Joint Compounds

Model 775 is available from 5-25 Horsepower.  For larger batches Model 800 is offered in standard sizes from 30-100 H.P. and up to 200 HP for your larger batches. These heavy duty single shaft disperser are extra rugged to reduce down time.
