ROBUS Hardliner Tank Washer
The Hardliner cleans the inside of containers by means of a brush and washing agent spray. The rotating brush is equipped with arms that open, Brush pressure is increased by special gearing that turns rotational torque to brush pressure. The brush adpapts to the size of the container; at the same time, the brush moves up and down, ensuring an effective cleaning of the inside surfaces.
Similar to the Standard Robus, the Hardliner cleans the inside of containers by means of a brush and simultaneous rinsing with washing agent. The rotating brush is equipped with arms that open, Brush pressure is increased by special gearing that turns rotational torque to brush pressure. The brush adpapts to the size of the container; at the same time, the brush moves up and down, ensuring an effective cleaning of the inside surfaces. With nitrogen inerting and other safety-related details, the machine meets ATEX requirements when it is used with solvent.
