ColorPoint is a revolutionary development in ink dispensing and paint dispensing system technology. The unique ColorPoint dispenser technology makes the machine intuitive to use, requiring little or no operator training, whilst delivering the savings, reports & controls customers demand.
The ColorPoint dispensing unit is robust, extremely reliable and virtually maintenance free. The ColorPoint unit dispenses up to 32 products, typically into pails and/or drums. Choose from 'safe area' or Class1 Div.1 models.
The ColorPoint dispenser is also extremely precise and accurate with a continual ‘self-learning’ system that ensures your ColorPoint is always operating at its optimum speed and precision. This, coupled with our solid state control system and fibre optic pump and valve control, ensures continued accuracy throughout the life of the system.
ColorPoint systems can be configured as TwinHead units. This specification enables you to produce two batches at the same time, so double the output, but not double the price!
ColorPoint Manager networks with your Rexson dispensing system and controls, tracks and reports on all aspects of a busy ink room or paint /color production facility.
